What each status means
Every shipment moves through the same five milestones, shown as a progress bar on your result.
Booked
Your booking is confirmed and equipment is assigned. The reference number is live.
Departed
Cargo has left the origin port or airport in Iraq on its vessel or flight.
In transit
On the water or in the air, including any transshipment stops along the way.
Customs
Arrived at destination and clearing customs. Out-for-delivery also shows here.
Delivered
Handed over at the final address, with proof of delivery logged to the shipment.
Delayed / exception
Something needs attention — weather, a port hold or a document. Our control tower is already on it.

What can I enter in the search box?
Your Fast Forward tracking number , the bill of lading, or the container number — any one of them will find your shipment.
My number isn't found — what now?
Check for typos and make sure you're using the full number. Newly booked shipments can take a short while to appear. If it still won't show, contact us and we'll look it up.
How often does the status update?
Milestones update as carriers report them — usually at departure, each transshipment, arrival and customs. Estimated delivery adjusts automatically as the journey progresses.
Can I share tracking with my customer?
Yes — send them the link with the number attached and it opens straight to the result.
